kindness of friends puts me in a theater seat

Thanks to Bastian, Savage, and C. Peterman (law firm or band name?), I get what would otherwise be expensive seats in spiffy theaters.

Good People at the Rep. A play about class differences in Boston. An okay first act; sparks and fireworks in the second. Would that I could easily create characters so real and interactions so organic as this play does in the second part.

Photograph 51 also at the Rep. A fictionalized account of Rosalind Franklin, scientist who helped discover the structure of DNA, but got very little credit until recently. I thought this was masterfully done; entertaining, moving, and educational.
