Strike 1:

Today’s most despised, overused phrase that means nothing:  “It is what it is.”

Strike 2:

Alleged “Greek” yogurt that uses thickening agents like guar gum, pectin, corn starch, carrageenan, and even gelatin to make plain old yogurt seem creamier and more substantial. They are all thickeners that have nothing to do with yogurt. Read the labels, suckers. It’s food that lies!
