The Space Needle is hiding but the Smith Tower is standing tall. It was built in 1914; tallest building west of the Mississippi until 1931. You can also see the so-called Great Seattle Wheel poking out below and to the left of the Smith Tower. At the extreme bottom right of the photo are a few tents in the Nickelsville homeless shelter.
