Will I just keep riding it forever? Such a sturdy old bike. The paint is looking a little worn. There are scratches. Some minor damage. After my crash in 2008 the bike required a new wheel and I needed additional fortitude. Both have been acquired.
Anyone have stories or information about the XO-3? It surely takes more leg power than cycles with thinner tires, but is a great commuter or all-around city bike. Lots of steep hills here. They might be easier with a road bike. Maybe not. Can the XO-3 be made friendlier for long hauls by changing to a tire with less tread? It is worth two billion dollars or is that just my subjective sentimental value?
